CERTIFIED MEDICAL DIRECTOR Our medical director is able to review and coordinate care with our staff.
• SKILLED NURSING Skilled observation and assessment, teaching medication management, I.V. therapy, wound care and terminal care.
• THERAPY SERVICES Physical and Occupational Therapists are available to develop an individual Rehabilitation
program to assist our clients to become functionally independent in their environment. Our Therapists
have extensive training in Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Management and Swallowing Disorders.
• HOME CARE Attendants Assisting our clients with activities of daily living and personal care such as bathing, dressing, and home exercise
programs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist.
• SOCIAL SERVICES Medical Social Worker available to assist with community resources, long term planning,
financial resources and short term counseling.
PROVIDER OF A COMPREHENSIVE Variety OF CARE-GIVING SERVICES
We provide nursing on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Billing is handled directly with Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation and Private
Insurance Carriers.
A sliding fee scale is available for private pay patients.
